Free Shipping in the U.S.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Every order comes with Track & Trace.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as peak seasons, carrier delays or weather conditions.
Shipping Responsibility
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Address corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order, so we can update it before shipping.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us and we will help you look into it.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
